Reanna Placide brings together expertise in international development, program management, and organizational leadership. She studied law with an emphasis in International, Intergovernmental, and Non-Governmental Programs Management, and International Relations and Affairs, giving her a deep understanding of the systems, partnerships, and operational structures that help mission-driven organizations succeed.

Since joining The Giving Exchange in 2017, Reanna has helped build the organizational foundation that supports our growing impact across East Africa. Her strategic leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence led to her promotion to Director of Operations and appointment to TGE's executive team in 2022.

Outside of work, Reanna enjoys dance, music, and theater, interests inspired by her family's musical background. She volunteers passionately through her church community and lives in Paris with her husband and three children.
