Rod co-founded InVision Communications in 1991, leading a team of 130+ people across the U.S. and fostering a culture of collaboration and giving back. A Walnut Creek resident and proud father and grandfather, Rod is passionate about creating opportunities for others less fortunate and mentoring the next generation of leaders. He founded The Giving Exchange with his daughter in 2013 after a personal visit to Kenya motivated them to act, creating hope and opportunity for children around the world. In his retirement, Rod mentors individuals and businesses, restores classic cars, and continues to guide the vision and direction of TGE
