After a successful career in real estate development, Stephanie transitioned into the startup world, where she has spent the past 14 years helping launch and grow businesses. Her most recent venture, Golden Agreements, is a consulting practice dedicated to helping families navigate aging with clarity, compassion, and alignment. At its core, Golden Agreements is built on the belief that individuals, and the communities around them, thrive when guided by shared values, open communication, and intentional collaboration.
